Terms & Conditions of Service Agreement

Tarot readings are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute.  A reading is never 100% accurate. All divination readings given by AstroYinzer, LLC are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. Readings do not replace Professional Medical/Legal/Business opinion and advice. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense.

 

The contents of a reading are not legally binding.  Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you. AstroYinzer, LLC and its owners, members, affiliates, and partners assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on readings provided.  Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your reading will take place.  All divinatory readings and advice arising from use of this site are understood to be for entertainment purposes only.

 

AstroYinzer, LLC does not offer readings to anyone under 18 years of age.  By accepting this reading you confirm you are 18 years of age or over.

 

Disclaimer: By scheduling an appointment with AstroYinzer, LLC you understand and agree that Lia Pelusi is not a medical expert or attorney and cannot give medical diagnosis or legal advice. Lia will not be held responsible for any action or decisions you make pertaining to your life using your free will. Services are not to be used in place of any professional, medical, financial, or legal counseling. Lia is not responsible for any decisions you make as a result of a service with her. Your consultation is subject to your own personal interpretation.
 

Please note that there are NO REFUNDS to the buyer once services have been rendered.  All payments for readings with AstroYinzer, LLC are non-refundable once the session has been completed and/or after 15 minutes has elapsed. It is your responsibility to terminate the reading if you are dissatisfied within the first 15 minutes. After that, you will forfeit the entire reading fee.
 

Sessions paid for upon booking can be rescheduled; however, fees are forfeited and non-transferable to rescheduled dates when cancelled less than 48 hours before a session's scheduled start time.  All paid readings must be fully redeemed within six months from the original transaction, or the session and the payment is forfeited.

 

By proceeding, scheduling and/or paying for any service offered by AstroYinzer, LLC you agree to terms above and release AstroYinzer, LLC, its owners, members, affiliates, and partners from all liabilities, legal claims and expenses that may result both directly and indirectly from services performed. AstroYinzer, LLC reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.
